Kansas City Royals General Manager Dayton Moore and his wife Marianne started "C" You In The Major Leagues in 2014 to support youth baseball, families in crisis, education, and faith-based programs. In July 2019, CYITML, thanks to its incredible donors, surpassed the $1 million mark in grants given out to support more than 60 organizations.

In addition to grants given, nearly 20 high school students from greater Kansas City are receiving life-changing one-on-one mentoring, life and job skills development and a sense of community service through the C-10 Mentoring & Leadership program, which launched in August 2018.
