Les & Lynne Ginoza

Les, Lynne, and their son Garrett arrived as missionaries to Thailand in March 2005. The Ginozas had always known that one day God would use them as missionaries somewhere in Asia. Through a series of confirmations, they knew God was calling them to be part of the pioneering group of ZOE missionaries in Chiang Mai, Thailand.


Les has over 17 years of senior management experience in various financial institutions in Hawaii and California. He now serves as the Vice-President of ZOE and a member of the ZOE Board of Directors. Les mentors the ZOE Thai male staff, helps with various Human Resources issues, and oversees the food distribution program in conjunction with Children’s Hunger Fund. Les uses his passion for business to run our micro-enterprise/community development program, teach and manage the ZOE business school, and help with the strategic vision of ZOE.


Lynne serves on the ZOE Executive Management team as secretary, and is an adviser to the ZOE Board of Directors on various issues.  Her greatest joy in life is taking care of her family on the mission field.  But while Garrett attends school, you will find Lynne serving at ZOE in many different capacities.  One of her favorite things to do is to serve alongside ZOE’s amazing Thai staff.  Her background in bookkeeping/accounting has helped establish and oversee the accounting functions at ZOE, which includes training and mentoring the Thai accounting staff. In addition to this, Lynne helps coordinate special events, projects, and short-term mission teams, and is a general resource for any of our staff or children. When her schedule allows, she also loves to teach an occasional English class or vocational training class to the ZOE children and/or Bible school students.
