In October of 2015, Lori-Ann and Simpson Tsang accompanied her parents to Chiang Mai, transitioning them into long-term care there.  During that trip, Lori-Ann and Simpson were first introduced to the work of ZOE International…and in no time God began troubling their hearts for children lost and marginalized by child trafficking.  After a period of prayer, confirmation and restless nights, they knew God was calling them to be a part of ZOE.  Lori-Ann and Simpson are excited to join in ZOE's mission – to reach every person with the love of God, and to rescue every child from human trafficking.

Lori-Ann and Simpson were both born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (Lori-Ann with a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education-English; Simpson with a Bachelor of Business Administration).  They met in high school through the local Hawaii Youth for Christ chapter where they eventually volunteered part-time, ministering to high school students throughout their college and early professional years.  After marrying in 1998, Lori-Ann and Simpson helped to plant The City Church of Honolulu, serving in various roles and youth-related ministries, and Simpson was eventually ordained as an elder.  They are blessed to be sent by their home church to serve with ZOE.

Early in their life together, Lori-Ann and Simpson served the Lord by contributing and witnessing in the business world while volunteering with the local church.  Prior to joining ZOE, Simpson was on the administrative team of a leading real estate firm for 14 years.  He developed as a servant leader from the ground up and eventually became the principal broker for the company.  Lori-Ann taught secondary education for 16 years before entering real estate for the flexibility it afforded to care for her parents after her father’s first stroke.  She thrived as a sales professional at the same real estate company with Simpson, working diligently for her clients while ministering to them as well.  Lori-Ann and Simpson had plans to serve the Lord full-time in their later years but God had a different path in mind!
